When Isaac explained his reasoning, Luis listened up until the point where he justified it because he didn't go to class anyway. "Because you don't like classrooms." he confirmed, remembering him mentioning it earlier. "Doesn't being a friend mean you take the others word as truth?" he questioned. Had he done something before, or been accused before that ruined his trust? It sounded that way but he could've just been splitting hairs. He'd only been teaching at the school six months, he was no expert on any student there. Knowing him though there would be an interesting end of the year in which he probably knew the weakness of every student in his class. "The O.J Simpson trial? I didn't think anyone had read that."
Not a thing about Isaac was predictable. First he was telling him to get lost, the next they were friends, now it turns out he tried in his classes. "That's brilliant. I'm impressed" the corners of his lips threatened a smile. He hadn't encountered such a smile since he left Spain. Thinking about it calmed his nerves. 'Really interesting' he said, if there were two word he'd killed to hear a student call his cases, it was those. He never expected the greatest enthusiasm but at least knowing that it was of interest to somebody and he wasn't wasting his time. Not even that, it was knowing that they weren't wasting their time.
He listened to isaac's opinion on the case. He loved talking about it. As much as he couldn't stick most students he loved the subject of law. "It was a great idea to assign it then." Luis nodded, feeling intuitively that this guy was special. In the best way possible. he took studying into his own hands and he liked that.

"It's not the class room, it's you," Isaac said, before he could think it through enough to stop himself from saying those words. He said class rooms before so as not to incriminate himself, but this time he forgotten to think before speaking and had gone and gotten himself in an odd spot. "I mean, you're a bit distracting at times.. for me at least," he told him, looking away for a second. He had gone as said it so the explanation was necessary.
Isaac just shrugged. Friends, truth, whatever. It wasn't his thing. His friends back home were pretty much like him. They couldn't care less for the rules and they did whatever they wanted to do. The rules and law could be disregarded or at least ignored long enough to gain some sort of respect.
"Nah they wouldn't," Isaac admitted. "But then maybe they're not actually interested in the subject," he said with a shrug, implying that he in fact, did have an interest in it. He knew there was no way he would actually managed to study and do well enough to even think about studying law. It just wasn't in his future, Isaac wasn't that sort of person but the genuine interest was still there.
'Yeah because I work so hard for you to be 'impressed'' Isaac thought sarcastically before quickly wiping the thought from his mind. Why did his first thoughts on anything have to be so negative. Maybe he had learned to think that way but it wasn't exactly helping him, was it? He was trying to impress him though, or he wouldn't be admitting any of this.
The guy liked that he was interested, he was bloody smiling too. This was a good thing, Isaac knew that but it was hard to think a different way when you were so used to being a certain sort of person. It was the kind of thing that just took time.
"Yeah well, a case with a celebrity, that ought to get anyone at least mildly interested," Isaac said. It was what he thought but he skipped classes. He read the notes after but he wasn't there to see the disinterest in everyone else's eyes. Thinking of it now, it would be horrible to teach a class and see that no one even wanted to be there... Isaac just never thought of it that way.

Distracting, Luis tried to imagine how in class he could be as distracting as Isaac was letting off. He supposed sometimes he came up with last minute cases they hadn't even looked at for them to read. Maybe he was terrible at what he did. Maybe because he never told students when they had great ideas. Then his thoughts switched back to when he asked Luis if he had a girlfriend. No, that was a huge leap to take. He had no indication that Isaac meant.. no, he wouldn't go there.
"Can you clarify 'distracting'?" he asked with his sentence trailing off, he eyed Isaac softly. If he was the reason Isaac wasn't coming to class, well, he felt bad about that. Especially since he needs to then resort to his studies outside of the class. Surely his time could've been spent having fun if he got the work done in class. To get high, or whatever his addiction might be. Or less negative things. Drugs weren't even negative, they had negative effects.
He lowered his books to stomach-height. His upper body still shadowed by his suit but a lot more obvious than before. "I mean you don't have to tell me, obviously." some people lived in metaphorical caves where it was sometimes hard to get out of and open up to people. Luis was one of those people. Ever since leaving Spain he couldn't recall anyone he'd considered a real friend. Except maybe drink.

Luis seemed to have the uncanny ability to brush right past key topics so Isaac thought he was fairly safe with that one but when Luis spoke, Isaac just looked shocked and a little frightened like he had been caught off guard in a bad situation.
"Er.." he said, struggling to find a good lie but coming up with nothing. Come on Isaac, use that bloody brain of yours, he thought. Unfortunately looking at Luis wasn't helping. He wasn't like the sort of person most might think Isaac would be attracted to but this was pretty much dead on what he'd go for.
The smart looking suit was sexy and yeah Isaac was more the alternative, grungy punk sort of person but he liked the suit wearing types. It was kind of hot in a way. Though if he were to be perfectly honest, he only liked it because the thought of sex and making him look utterly disheveled with his shirt untucked and tie hanging loosely around his neck, turned him on so much.. Great, he thought. With that image in mind, he would never be able to come up with a proper response! And with the guy saying that Isaac didn't have to tell him a thing.. Well! He bloody had to now, didn't he? He couldn't just leave it like that.
"Well you try learnin' anything when the teacher's that fuckin hot and all you can think about is-," he managed to stop himself right there and bit his lower lip. "I've said too much," he added quietly, looking down for a moment before glancing back up at Luis to catch his reaction to the sudden revelation. Isaac had even managed to sound mildly annoyed but only as a cover. Annoyed was better that vulnerable any day and admitting that had put him in an awkward position which meant that his defenses were right up once again. At least it deflected some of the potential embarrassment he might have had should it go the wrong way and end with Luis not liking the idea of it.

Luis had just finished perfecting absolutely every reason he could think of for Isaac's distraction, the main one he had originally assumed was disinterest. After they talked more though, he wondered if he was as disinterested as he made it sound. He'd even hoped that now they were some sort of.. well, considering how they'd started talking, some kind of Elmo buddies. Maybe things would be easier, but the expression of Isaac's face told him otherwise. He saw the potential in Isaac. He could go on to do great things. Didn't have to be in law, he obviously cared about his future. He had everything to hope for Isaac. In spite of this though whatever flashed through his mind as he questioned him was a mystery to him. Whatever he was thinking, it held his attention well. His expression appeared antisocial. Luis barely noticed the small drips of rain that started to fall into his hair and down his shirt.
It was thankfully only drizzling. The sky looked grey and clouds had gathered with pride like a blanket over the school. Luis was too focused on Isaac to notice. He could feel the spots of wetness touch his skin but he wasn't about to act like it was anything important. When he said what he did, Luis bit down lightly on his lip for a second, looking at him in shining adoration a second before he laughed. "That is something that would be distracting. about half as distracting as a teacher trying to do his job when one of his students drives him mad with lust." they could both be honest when the situation called for it - or when it didn't. Either way it was easy to admit what he knew was reciprocal. And when he knew that Isaac hadn't any eyes for anyone else.
When Isaac explained he'd said too much Luis shook his head. "Your a champ at saying too much, doesn't mean I don't like it though." he assured him. Another wonderful part of Isaac.

It was starting to rain a little and secretly Isaac both cursed and thanked the weather for taking such a turn. He wasn't sure if putting an end to this conversation would be good or bad. It could really only go one of two directions and so far Isaac didn't know which it was. Luis was a hard person to read. He was so serious and formal about everything one second and then next he was smiling and talking like a regular person. He was just plain hard to read.
Isaac stared in utter shock. What the hell? Seriously, what.. the.. hell? Did he really just? Isaac could barely think of a thing to say at this point and just laughed a little. Well that was one less thing to worry about.
"Well I suppose with that out of the way I could probably manage not skipping the next class," he said. Knowing that, it would probably allow him to think less about it. He didn't need to let his mind wonder in class when he could do that just as easily any other time.
"Well that's true," he said, he did say an awful lot when he had no intention of doing so. His mind just wasn't quick enough to keep up with his mouth half the time but it was something he had learned to live with and in this case it was a good thing.
"If ya ever want more details let me know because there's an awful lot I can tell you," he informed him. It was pretty lucky that this hadn't gone badly. It had the potential too but it was alright. Still, weather was starting to go bad.
"Much as I'd like to see you get completely drenched, we should probably get out of here before it really starts to rain," he told him. Turning, he looked for the closes bit of shelter but left it up to Luis to decide on a suitable place. "Think we can make it back before it rains?" he said, the school was a bit of a distance away but Isaac didn't know of a place that was closer, unless Luis had an idea.

If it were any other student he'd think that they'd attend the class and spend the whole hour on their phone on facebook. it felt like it sometimes anyway. Isaac might pay attention, he knew that he was going to keep a closer eye on Isaac now that he could look at him like a man and not just a student. It would be a subconscious thing. All ancient statistics surrounding law were boring as hell and that was what they were moving onto next class anyway, it'd be intriguing to see if Isaac would harshly dismiss the topic like dozens would. Luis would've said something about it but he was just too pleased that Isaac hadn't taken his words the wrong way. He could've tarnished what was already socially accepted as a travesty by telling him off for feeling what he felt. After all, there was only so much feeling you could dump on someone. He knew first hand they were gone like thunderbolt after a while.
Luis's teaching uniform was becoming distinguishingly soaked as the rain picked up speed. It was disorienting how much the rain seemed to batter at his blazer. "Um well the only other options are the lighthouse down south or through the north haven woods where I live." sincere hands crawled over the pages of his books so they wouldn't get wet. crap he thought cursingly as he watched the covers of his books become drenched and barely readable. "I think I'm going to head home to change, if you want to head back to the school that's your choice." he told Isaac, starting to wander toward the woods. If he wanted to come he'd follow, if he didn't, well, he wouldn't. He had to find something great to wear quickly before his next class which was in.. fifteen minutes? What a time for the weather to suck.
He had a sidethought to look behind him and check Isaac was ok but he decided against it in case he chose not to follow and felt then obligated. Not that he could imagine that scenario ever happening. It was just habitual. His mind was freely able to wander as he walked through the woods. Only the rain that made it through the branches seeped through into Luis's hair. His hair wasn't lasting very well either, it went all floppy and sharp over his forehead. At the back it was disorganized because of a few rising hairs but nothing too unprofessional. He made it to his house, his ideal house. In the middle of nowhere. When he put the key through the door he noticed his friend had been following. His house was very mixed up and rearranged. Things from the kitchen were in the living room and the TV was sitting over the oven (which he'd never turned on). It was a small place. He couldn't make it bigger without destroying trees (which would start a feud with those damn tree-huggers) so he had to get over it.
There was a slight affection for it's size but mostly it just made him moody when he couldn't squeeze through the living room without hitting his toe on a giant law book or knock over a stack of albums. "Not much. but then I don't need much" he revealed to Isaac as he stepped through the door.

"You live through the woods?" he asked, well that sounded like it came out of a book. Isaac was used to city life, he hadn't ever met anyone that actually lived through actually woods.
It was really starting to pour and as Luis spoke, Isaac made a quick decision. "I'll go with you," he told him. It wasn't so much a question as a statement. It would have been polite to ask if that would be okay but Isaac wasn't really that sort of person. If there was a problem with it then he was sure he would be told about it. Otherwise, too bad, he was going.
Isaac followed the man as he made his way to his home. The rain was staring to come down in sheets, layer upon layer making it worse for the two but Isaac was faring rather well. His clothes were getting soaked and his hair was wet... Alright, perhaps he was more of a victim to the harsh weather but he looked good wet so what did it matter? A bit of rain never hurt anyone.
Stepping through the door, Isaac immediately felt like he couldn't get very far. There were things all the around and books on the floor. He made sure to avoid them, getting them wet wouldn't be good. Pushing his wet hair back, he spoke, "Nah, it's nice," he said. It was cozy he supposed. And he was used to smaller living spaces, his family weren't exactly stacked with cash themselves.
Sliding a hand under his t-shirt, he pulled it away a bit, it was sticking to his chest and usually Isaac wouldn't care too much but this was somebody else's house and he didn't want to make a mess or get anything wet.

Apart from his rational side, every side of him seemed to tell him it was ok to strip off his blazer and shirt in front of Isaac. A classic bunch of mistakes to make though when these secret affairs happen. Once it can be proven that Isaac had seen him inappropriately for a teacher, he would lose even this job. What a record he'd have then, two incidents of personal life merging with professional life to equal one court case. As if his prospects hadn't been bad before. Yet he didn't care so much, he found as he shut the door behind Isaac to keep the rain away. He - perhaps wrongly - trusted Isaac. Probably wrongly. It wasn't like he gave a damn about teaching anyway. Or he hadn't at first. When he saw Isaac's hand go under his shirt he turned away, clenching his eyes closed in frustration. He hated the fact that there was now an unmodifiable hardening somewhere on his body where there shouldn't be.
With his back still turned to Isaac he said "I'm going to get changed, be back soon" he covered his accident with his blazer as he disappeared into the bedroom. It was all one floor so it wasn't a far walk. He peeled off his wet blazer and shirt from his skin. Ruffling up the clothes and throwing them in his drawer he knew it wasn't the finest washing he could've given his clothes but he had all the time in the world to do laundry. There was a narrow closet he mined through to find a new shirt. There was no other law teacher in the school to go over judiciary detail with the class. The knowledge of the law within the faculty was in ashes.
His chest was a winningly wet deal, he slipped into the bathroom and grabbed a towel which he used to dry up his chests. "Fucking freezing" he groaned as the shivers grew on his invaluably permanent skintone. The motion happening below seemed to be reversing itself. He gave himself a moment to secure it wouldn't go into prereverse by filling his head with images that just weren't hot. It seemed to be working.

Isaac watched as Luis shut the door. The lack of cold wind blowing through the house certainly helped quite a bit. Luis seemed to turn away but Isaac thought nothing of it. It wasn't often that he read that much into anyone's actions, there was really no reason to when you had words and other ways of communicating things.
"Alright," Isaac said, not bothered by it at all. He had class, didn't he? And he needed to get changed, yeah? So that was all fine but when Luis made his way to the bathroom and didn't shut the door, Isaac found himself inevitably leaning over to the side a bit, gaining himself a better view. It wasn't like he had been expected to just stand there when that was going on not too far away.
Luis seemed distracted anyhow so a quick look wouldn't hurt. The shirt came off in an instant and Isaac smiled a bit, happy he had got himself a bit of a view. Very smart move there, definitely better than just standing around and waiting.
It wasn't long before the cold and wet was starting to get to him and Luis seemed to disappear into the bathroom. His t-shirt was soak, as far as he saw it, he had no other option. Moving forward, he moved into the room and through to the bathroom.
He looked a little on the serious side, coming up behind Luis and peeling his shirt off. He wasn't sneaking up on him though, the mirror would let Luis in on his presence pretty quickly. "Do you think I could borrow a shirt or something? Mine's sort of soaked," he told him innocently, not trying anything at that point but simply being honest about his situation as he held up the soaked shirt as proof.
He couldn't deny that Luis was incredibly attractive and without his shirt, he looked ten times better but Isaac didn't want to go too far too suddenly. This was still a teacher and weren't there rules against that? He actually no idea. Still, his eyes took a moment to check out the hot shirtless guy in the bathroom, it was only natural after all, surely Luis wouldn't have a problem with it.

Luis didn't read too much into Isaac's appearance in the bathroom. "Absolutely, yea." Luis gave a short nod and placed his towel over the rack. Then he moved past Isaac - there wasn't much room to do so - and searched his room, finding a black t shirt in his closet. Just a plain black t-shirt. He had shirts with bands, logos and whatnot but he didn't want to get into what clothes would suit him he just decided to keep it simple. He threw it at Isaac so that he could catch it. Two topless men in a house alone, that didn't look in the least bit suspicious. He was suddenly glad he had such an excessively lonesome location for his home. Nobody would get the wrong idea. His trousers were feeling groggy so he agreed he'd take those off once Isaac had left the bedroom so he could shut the door and change. He couldn't feel any dampness in his underwear so fortunately he didn't have to take that off.
He sat on the bed and watched Isaac put the shirt on, capturing the sight while he could. He was stunning. No, he was stunning before. Now he was indescribable. It didn't hurt to look, in the midst of all this sexual tension though he knew he couldn't take advantage of his job like that. Damnit. He kept his mind occupied by deciding what shirt he was going to put on. He shuffled across his bed to the side that was facing the closet and took a look. He took out a white shirt that he'd recently bought. It was a smooth white shirt with six clear buttons. He laid it against the bed and started looking through trousers. There were some mortifyingly tight trousers in his closet so he had to be careful to pluck out something comfortable.
He looked over at Isaac but he couldn't see him. Either he'd gone back into the living room or he was still in the bathroom. "Isaac? Does the shirt fit alright?" he called out.

When Luis moved past him, Isaac didn't exactly make an effort to give him more room. Truth be told he really didn't want to. He stayed by the door of the bathroom and waited for the shirt he was going to get.
Standing there as Luis looked for one for him, Isaac was quite comfortable. He would lounge around in his dorm room with barely anything on so being shirtless around another man was not an issue at all. Still, he had his jeans on which was more than he did back in his room most of the time. These ones actually fitted him nicely, hanging low on his hips and kept in place but a belt that hardly seemed to be doing very much at all.
Catching the tossed shirt quiet easily, Isaac spoke. "Thanks," he said as he slipped it on, running a hand over it, smoothing it down. It was nice and comfortable. Plain black, this'll do nicely, he thought happily to himself. Turns out the teacher did own shirts that didn't have buttons on them and this one seemed to fit alright too which was good.
"Yeah it fits fine," he told him as he moved out of the bath room and back into the bedroom. "Though to be honest, I'm not really a fan of clothes," he admitted, finger playing with the bottom of the borrowed t-shirt as he moved further into Luis' bedroom. The man was still hunched over clothes, trying to pick a shirt for himself... "You know, you look better without a shirt," Isaac said, again not managing to filter his brain to mouth connection. What ever he thought seemed to just come right out in words.

With a smirk, Luis took a step toward him, folding his flexed bare arms against his chest. "So you want me to teach class topless?" he asked with a taunting smile. The harsh weather was tapping against his bedroom window but thankfully Luis felt dry enough to shake off the stare that the rain had over his skin. Luis latched onto his shirt again, slipping his arms through it. With his shirt unbuttoned he optimistically laid backward against the bed.
He was secretly a little sad he had to keep to his teaching duty even when he wasn't even teaching. Isaac wanted him, he wanted Isaac, but unravelling any kind of desire between them would mean.. actually he didn't care what it meant. Because it couldn't happen. He wasn't going to be all poetic-soul about it. It was just sex anyway, millions of people had it. It wasn't that great.
Luis noticed the unique way that Isaac looked at him and spontaneously unfastened his belt. He stopped there, it was just a point that he would need to change out of his wet trousers. He didn't want to lose his temper with his students because walking around made him feel like a toddelor. He wondered if it annoyed Isaac, but then he was sure he'd say something if he did. "I'm gonna need to change into some new pants" he told Isaac apologetically.

The image in front of him was just too good to ignore. He wanted so much to not be so turned on right now but it was difficult to ignore those muscular arms and that face and the body and then the words! Those words definitely made it had to back down now.
Isaac bit his lower lip but it didn't stop the words from coming. It was just too good a response to hold back. "I'm sure you could teach me a thing or two that way," he said. "I'd probably pay more attention," he admitted with a playful smirk.
Isaac wished the man would just skip the damn class. He was certain that those students didn't want him as much as he did right now. It was on the verge of need. He needed this so bad, at least that was what it felt like. Isaac moved a hand to the waistband of his jeans, and pushed it down a bit but it hardly moved. It was getting just a little uncomfortable with the inevitable reaction he was getting to Luis looking the way he did.
He watched as Luis sat down and undid his belt. He knew it was probably too good to be true and as it turned out, it was. He needed new pants! Damn him! A sound escaped Isaac's lips, it was more like a whimper, an annoyed but quiet cry of frustration. "You fucking tease," he said, leaning back against the wall helplessly and very much annoyed. "Skip the bloody class, I promise you won't regret it," Isaac said, sounding confident like he was just daring him to give it a go.

Luis chuckled a little in response to Isaac's comment. If undergraduates became successful by looking at their teachers topless there would be an upheaval of U.S education. Then again though, Luis knew what he meant. Isaac meant for him, for him it'd teach him something. Luis was pretty sure no one else in his class wanted to see him topless. Then again he didn't know that of Isaac until that morning. His trousers were still wet and his hair was damp too, a little unruly, if he was honest. Several strands of his hair hung loosely over his forehead. It was likely if he stepped out again he'd be more drenched than the first time. His eyes followed the waistband of Isaac's jeans that he was shifting. He knew that shift, he owned that shift. He'd grown used to Isaac's outbursts that just seemed to flow from his head to his mouth with no process in between, so the tease comment was taken lightly.
Luis had needed to know that Isaac wanted him and wasn't just going to be seduced by his law teacher. Isaac's words gave him just the type of confirmation he needed. He laid his arm out on the bed, holding his head up by the palm of his hand. He was a sight with his unbuttoned shirt and loose trousers, his disheveled hair. His eyes daring as he took in Isaac's whole appearance. There was nothing about him that didn't scream out to him. His lips slowly shaped into two words. "Make me."
