It was uncommon for Hope to skip class, unless it was, ofcourse, her science class. She hated that class with a passion, and she really didn't understand why she needed to know half of the things that went on in that class. Anyway, she was just skipping school all together. She wasn't in a good mood and didn't feel like putting up with some of the people that were in her classes; they only made her want to punch something when she was in these moods, and it wasn't often that she felt like that.
Hope let out a sigh and pulled herself out of her bed, putting on her clothes. She decided that she could atleast go do something. She grabbed her guitar and walked out of her room, and humming on the way to her destination. She wasn't really in the best of moods, but she wasn't in the worst either. She knew that once she started playing the guitar, she'd feel better. That's how it always worked with her, and she hoped that's how it would always work. She liked having ways to calm down, it's better than what she used to do. And even though she still had the urges, she was learning to fight them, all on her own. She was proud of herself.
Finally, she made it to the lounge and sat down on the couch, bringing her guitar up to her. She tuned it to the song that she wanted, before she began to play one of her favorite songs from Hey Monday called 'Six Months'. She hummed the words to herself, closing her eyes and allowing herself to get immersed in the music. This was her haven.. her music. This is what she loved to do, she lived to play music. And although she loved playing piano more than guitar, the guitar helped her out too. She was able to express herself in more than one instrument, and that was good enough for her.

Ian sighed, he would usually be excited about going to English class, being really good at it and all. His mind though, was elsewhere. Wondering around. Plus..he could always ask someone if there was homework. Yeah..he's not all tough and shit. He's pretty much just a normal guy. Just with a few anger issues. So instead of being cooped up in a little classroom. He started to wander around with his guitar.
A small smile was planted across his face, and nothing could ruin his great mood. He finished Danni's song, planned on singing it to him sometime soon. Everything was great between them, and well the guy was just happy. So when he walked into the student lounge, he was pretty darn happy to see Hope. So as silent as he could, he snuck up behind her, a silly grin on his face, and spoke. "That sounds great, little sis' " He called her by the name that he had grown most found of calling her.
He chuckled lightly, and sat down on the edge of the couch. "So..hows life?" He gave her a crooked grin, then tilted his head. "And why are you not in class little miss?" She made three tsking sounds. His grin spread wider, "Your actually the person I've been wanting to see." He added with a matter-of-fact tone.

Hope wondered if she was the only student skipping class. Well, ofcourse not. That couldn't be the case, there were so many kids here that didn't give a shit about school, so she knew that she wasn't the only one skipping. Maybe they'd come in here and she'd have someone to socialize with. She was getting to be in a better mood, and when she was in a better mood, she wanted to talk to people. That's one of the reasons that she gets on the schools chat room. She wanted to talk to people, make friends. The whole shabang.
As she finished the song, she let out a sigh and looked around the student lounge. This school sure did spoil these kids for being a school trying to help them. You'd think they'd keep the kids here more grounded, more control over them, that sort of thing. But no, and she was glad for it. She didn't like being on a lease twenty four seven. She'd die if that happened. She was pulled from her thoughts as she heard a voice behind her. She jumped slightly, kind of surprised that someone was actually in here. But, the nickname that was given gave away who it was, and she let a grin come over her lips. She turned to look at him, "Thanks, big brother!" She said with a soft laugh afterwards.
Hope had grown fond of being called his little sister, because in a way, he did treat her like a sister, even though they didn't really know each other well. It didn't matter, they clicked almost instantly, "Life's life," She saif, smiling warmly at him. When he asked why she wasn't in class, she let out a laugh and shook her head. Oh, what a story. She just hated the people that were in her class, she always wanted to tell them off, but she never had the courage to do it. She was always taught to have manners, even if she had been having trouble with it, "I could be asking you the same question, mister!" See, she knew that she wasn't the only person that had been skipping her class. There was always someone else skipping, no matter what. Her eyes widened slightly and her eyebrows furrowed together in confusion as he said that she was the one that he wanted to see, and she almost immediately grew curious, "Me? Why?"
