She has a heart shaped face, and almost always has a smile on her lips. She's pretty tall, standing at 5'7", and she always seems taller then she appears because she loves to wear heels.

Her style is more on the girly side. She loves to wear skirts and heels, but she'll settle for jeans and a nice blouse most of the time. She loves to wear her hair curly, but it also looks nice straight, so some days you'll find her with her hair straight.

Briar Marie Anderson lived a very blessed life. She was the only child of two middle class parents. Her parents weren't abusive, they didn't get a divorce then go crazy. They were, infact, very inlove. Although her family wasn't rich, they still loved their lives. They had just enough money to get by. When Briar went to college, they tried to send her to the best college possible for her. She majored in music education and immediately fell inlove. She'd been playing different instruments since she was a child, and was very excited to learn how to teach others.

When she graduated, she started off her career as a primary chorus director. She was very close to all of her chorus children. One student's father introduced himself and they immediately hit it off. They started dating for some time and eventually married. She was looking forward to living a life like her parents, but it didn't happen.

Not even close.

In fact, it was quite the opposite. Her husband turned out to be quite abusive. She put up with it for 3 years, but when he started hitting her step-son, Bryant James Anderson, she was fed up. She divorced him and started a custody battle for her step-son. She didn't want the boy to put up with his dad's abusive nature anymore. She won the custody battle for Bryant and then, they moved to the small town next to Hawthorne.

For some time, she just went to the next city over, giving singing lessons children that were willing to pay for it. When she heard that Hawthorne was looking for a music teacher, she dove at the opportunity. So, now, here she in a new school, teaching children with problems. She had no idea what she's in for.
