Honestly, May personally thinks that being a 'sex addict' is just an excuse for girls to sleep around. She doesn't understand why a person would do such things, seeing as she values sex. Thats not to say she doesn't enjoy it, because she does. So I would say that maybe they could start off as friends, but slowly Sasha might pull away from her because of her addiction? Let me know!

Yeah, I can see them starting off as friends. Belle gets along with almost anyone and hardly starts anything. Though she does believe her issue is a problem. She's tried to stop and really rather not have sex but she has this urge to do so and just can't get away from it no matter how hard she tried. So if May said, told her her problem was stupid, I see Belle's bad side coming out and a little argument sprouting.
