- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - CAN WE PRETEND THAT AIRPLANES IN THE NIGHT SKY ARE LIKE SHOOTING STARS CAUSE I COULD REALLY USE A WISH RIGHT NOW - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Tears welled up ion Emmies eyes as she sat on one of the couches in the commons. Their harsh whispers meeting her ears. "How can she not know what a phone is?" "She's a freak." "Some vegetarian hippie." "She should just kill herself, so we don't have to deal with her." That's when the tears started to fall. She looked at the people who where talking and then bolted out of there. It wasn't her fault she was kidnapped as a kid, not her fault she was kept in the shadows, that her parents didn't want her to be seen. She didn't know any better. She didn't know why she was the way she was.
She ran running into people here and there, tears rushing down her cheeks. She didn't know how to handle people. The rumors spread fast, she wasn't dumb, she wasn't empty in the head. When she found the door she rushed out into the garden. Her bag still on her shoulder. She stopped running when she felt hidden from the outside world. Curling up she began to sob. She hated it here, she hated her birth parents, she hated the police for tricking her. She never used to hate, she always loved, but now she was full of hatred, and with that..she hated what she was becoming.
"Don't let them get you down." Dolly said, wrapping her arms around her. "Yeah they don't know anything, your amazing Emmie." Parker spoke silently as he sat next to her. He smiled at her. "T-thanks guys..i don't know what I'd do with out you. You really are good friends."'
She smiled back at Parker before playing with Dolly's luscious blonde hair. "Don't worry kiddo, we always have you back." The tears were still falling down Emmie's cheeks, she was glad to have them as friends. Even if people said they weren't 'real' [/blockquote] - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - OUTFIT: HERE TAGGED: Gabby with Jinxx WORDS: 349ish LYRICS: B.O.B. & Hayley Williams NOTES: its crud. jinxx had actually finished unpacking in two days, and that was strange even for him, the king of strange. the reasons of his unpacking so quickly could be chalked down to the fact that he didn't bring much with him. his clothes, cds, favorite movies and of course his instruments. the only thing that had been missing was his sister, and he knew she'd be here soon enough as planned. he hadn't been expecting to leave in such short notice and he made sure her current therapist knew where he was and that they should send her to hawthorne. it was the one place he hadn't sent his little sister, away. always she went to therapy and when she was sent to other little home things, she was better. but always, always she was back home and their father was constantly screwing things up again. this time that was going to change, they weren't going home after this, jinxx planned on taking his sister far away from california. far away, to the other side of the country. if his parents tried to take her back, there was no way they'd win a custody battle, hell they probably didn't even notice either one of them was gone anyway.
those were the thoughts running through his head as he lounged on his own bed, staring at the ceiling as the day began to drift away. in the middle of the afternoon he finally decided to go for a walk. he texted sammi to let her know he'd be out so she wouldn't come by and worry. sticking on his shoes, he grabbed his keys and headed out, turning towards the gardens. he didn't know why he wanted to go there, probably cause he'd never run into any of his friends there. well he hoped he wouldn't, he needed a quiet place to sit and relax, not random banter. h e loved his friends to death, and they were amazing, but none of them knew went to shut up and leave him alone. smiling the whole way while he thought of his two favorite people. sammi and lee.
as he first entered the gardens, he stopped and looked around him, taking in the scenery. after awhile he felt girly and stood there looking at the people. that was when he noticed the crying girl. being the guy he was, he didn’t like seeing people cry. especially girls, and if someone ignored lee or sammi, well he wouldn’t be able to remain calm. so he sat next to the girl and wrapped an arm around her, hoping it was comforting and not scary. “hey. it can’t be that bad,” he said with a small smile, that seemed both intellectual and friendly
