This is Chase ___ ___ He is Rileys best friend. He's from San Fransisco, and is a Junior. His reason for coming here is your choice..( He wants to be with Riley again. 
) I would really love you to use Gaspard Ulliel as his PB. ( Cause he's sexalicious.. ) You can change his name, it doesnt really matter... 
Relationship;
Chase has been Rileys best friend since she came to San Fransisco to live with her brother. He is the only one of her groups of friends that knows about her dad beating her, and Chris dying. Pretty much, he's the new Chris, only Riley doesnt feel that way about him. Chase likes Riley, like really likes her, and is very protective. Though he hides it. Cause well she doesnt feel the same.
History;
Really Chase is a trouble maker, like Riley, and thats how the met. They were both at the skate-park, and Chase wanted to know who the fresh meet was (riley) So they had a competition, and Riley bested him at his own tricks. They became good friends after, and after a couple months Riley learned to trust him well, and told him about her past.
Really thats all you need to know, that they are good friends, constantly joke and flirt with each other.
Anything else about Chase's past you can make up.
