Flo was excited to go to the dance, she hadn't expected to be going. She had no one to go with, but here she was going with Cobi, and that was exciting in and of itself. She didn't mind Cobi, he was nice and sweet and she liked him. Plus he called her beautiful, not that she was easily flattered, but still it was nice for someone to think of her in some way.

She was in a good mood and she was hoping to not run into that jordan girl and ruin her mood. So instead she got dressed happily, wearing one of her random dresses she had with her. Because well she wasn't prepared in time to grab a new one, but it was a good dress and she liked it. She brushed hair and let it do the natural small wavy curl thing it usually did. She thought it looked nice as she stared at herself in the mirror. She wasn't one for dressing up, and her looks did usually matter. But not enough for her to care this much about the. Yeah she kept up apperences, but other then that she was fine with anything.

So when she was satisfied she left the dorm, it seemed to be before most of the other girls. Who were still worrying about the way they looked. Hell, it wasn't hard for Flo to look good. And this was saying something, cause her self esteem was very low. But she didn't thinks he was cute, she just was. No matter what she thought.

But she managed to finish up and make it to the dance before Cobi. Or so she thought, cause she didn't spot him when she walked inside the place the dance was hosting. So she walked over to the punch and grabbed her a cup of it before drifting off to the side and waiting for Cobi or anyone really to talk too. It was boring to just stand there and do nothing at all.

Jacobi grinned as he looked into the bathroom mirror. He had grabbed his suit earlier so Alli and Blake could get ready alone. They needed to spend some time together, and Jacobi was most willing to allow that. He hadn't minded letting Blake take Alli to the dance instead. After all, they were together, and he wouldn't dare separate them on this night. So he was willing to go alone to let them be together. Though, to Jacobi's luck, Flo had wanted to go but didn't have a date. Like the gentleman he was, he offered to go with her. No need for yet another pretty girl be sad tonight, and well he was all good with having her to keep him company.

Jacobi usually put others before him, never really doing things himself. Like in his music, he never did those battle of the bands for the money, he did them because he got to see all the smiles, and the idea that he was entertaining someone always made him happy.

So there he was, tightening his bow-tie. His hair in the usual shabby mess, and his eyes twinkling with delight. The usual look for Jacobi, only of course he was wearing a tux, that had pink silk on the inside, and a small pink handkerchief in the suit jackets pocket. He checked his teeth to make sure they were clean, then looked at his watch. He almost jumped out of his pant when he saw how late he was. How dumb of him! He was suppose to be the charming guy that picked the girl up, not the guy who's running late!

So he rushed to the area where he could see a lot of people crowded around. He grinned at the scene when he walked into the room. There was long dresses short dresses, suits, ties. The whole shebang. A silly grin spread across his face when he saw the punch table. Where a very pretty girl was standing. He walked over. "Well well, aren't you looking gorgeous." He said with a grin, before handing her a bouquet of pink roses. "Sorry i'm late my lady." His accent silky and smooth. He gave a half smile. He had to show some of that Australian charm of his.

Flo was staring at all the other 'couples' dancing around and wondered where her date was. She offered to go with him because he seemed to need a date. Since well his date's boyfriend showed up to the darling school of evil doings. And to be fair he was gonna be a no show, she couldn't let that happen. Plus, even with all her saying no to organized school functions, she secretly wanted to go. Though her excuse was that 'she couldn't watch someone go alone and be the laughing stalk of the whole school.' Not that it would happen, but she wasn't rude and she was too sweet for her own good, so she couldn't say no to Cobi. Plus dances were a nice way to dress up, and she liked doing that. Even though a small little party would of been better, or she would of rather been to a tiny party. They were always funner then school functions, something bad always seemed to happen at them. Or well Good on some cases, depending how you looked at them.

But so far nothing slightly entertaining had happened, and she was starting to get bored. She was about to toss her drink and walk out of here. Hell if Cobi wanted to be a no show, she didn't mind, they could hang out another time. But then she caught sight of him walking in. 'So he's one of them guys,' she thought to herself with a smirk. Not that she minded he was one of the one's who where late cause THEY were getting ready and the girl was faster then he. She kind of thought it cute, and his suit was stunning in her opinion. Better then her random thrown on dress she had to find in her closet with little time to do otherwise.

She smirked when he came closer to her and she winked, "I could say the same to you." She tossed her hair in a slightly flirtatious, yet habbitual, manner. She gave a soft laugh,"My lady?" She shrugged and shook her head,"I didn't think we were like that just yet." She took a sip of her punch and looked around,"Only fasionably late. Though I might of left if you didn't show up soon. This dance is dull when your all alone." She smirked again,"Though I guess now it'll lighten up some."
