history: ever since he was a young boy he has been interested in things that involved being a police officer, he told his parents he would grow up and be one. his parents always supported his dreams, but they couldn't do everything for him. his sister was born with down syndrome, so they often had to spend time on her. kendall loved his sister, and he screamed at any who dared to make fun of her. it made him hate people who use the word retarded. once he was a teenager, he joined countless clubs to keep busy, and often volunteered to help out at the police department. as soon as he could, he started training, and landed his job here.
