Zilya didn't expect that anything would ever come of it so she didn't think that it was even worth mentioning. Sure, she might have talked about it with Summer or even Hannah or Zac at some point but it would have just stopped there. She was just a student with a crush on someone where nothing was ever going to happen and she knew that so him finding out was about the last thing she had ever expected to happen.
It was hard for it not to be at least a little awkward when you were only just starting to get to know someone sand suddenly all of this was out in the open. It would have been so much easier if things were simply like it would have been when they were kids, with all that innocence and the simple, 'i like you, do you like me?' conversation, or even a little note with little check boxes for yes and no, but they were adults and things were a little more complicated than that.
Zilya just smiled when he said it didn't change his opinion of her. "Good because it's your fault anyway for distracting me," she joked then laughed at his frozen, melted, spilled milk comment. "I'll just have to eat this quicker," she said licking more of her ice cream because thinking to give him another tiny bit of information he wouldn't otherwise have known about her. "You know, I like ice cream for the waffle cone. That's why I buy it and eat the ice cream just to get to the cone," she told him. It was silly but it was just a thing she had done since she was a kid. She would get through the ice cream just to get to her favorite part, the waffle cone.

Not in a million years had Bryson seen himself having this conversation with anyone, but then again it really meant that he didn't expect himself to be on the beach with a model who was seveenteen and going to his school. He had talked to it about no one, but the girl, because he didn't want any details getting around. He was good at hiding things. Maybe she wouldn' t like him so much though if he told hed her had a kid who was only months old. Maybe, that would change her opinion. The thought of it made his heart kind of race he had plenty secrets, but if anything was to come of this he wouldn't be able to hide.
Bryson found it cheesy that he had done this but in the dand he had managed to scribble a check yes or no box and he looked over at Zilya. "Do you feel akward now.." he said moving his foot over so she could see the box. Hey he already knew she liked him he couldn't use it for that question anymore. He smiled a little bit as he waited for her to check one and then they would have to finish talking about it so her teenage mind wouldn't wonder, because he knew it was going to.
Bryson watched as she went to town to finish her ice cream and explained why she bou ice cream like that in the first place for the cone. That was so classic. It was something they had in common, but Bryson found it very childish to announce it like so. "Well, thats a good reason." he said nodding a bit and smiled. He took one of her napkins that were clean and held up a finger and took her arm lightly wiping some of that had smudged when she was trying to clean it. "There you go now you won't be all sticky or you might I don't know its been awhile sense I had ice cream." he admitted and smiled at her looking up to catch her gaze.

Zilya laughed when he asked his question then revealed those check boxes. It was cute and she hadn't expected him to do something like that. She would have said yes because it was a little awkward but as she stared at it, it didn't seem so bad. He was fun and easy to talk to so that definitely helped. Leaning over she checked no before looking back at him with a smile.
"Awkward is when you're getting ready for a shoot and have to change and the other models figure out you're not exactly like them... This is definitely not awkward," she told him with a smile. She had been in waay more awkward situations than this.
"You don't think it's weird?" she asked, because most people liked getting an ice cream for the actual ice cream. Sure, she liked it too but the waffle cone was her favorite part. She could probably eat it on it's one but the ice cream did make it a little better. That's why double scoops were never an option, that would just be too much ice cream to get through.
"A while?" Zilya asked, well that wasn't right! "Maybe you should go one then," she suggested. It wasn't too far away and she still had have of hers to get through, maybe they could just eat their ice creams together. It was something to do.

Bryson smiled at her when she laughed at that question it was rather cute. He could not help himself it was just really amusing to him. He wondered what she would check. He would be alright with eithe answer he was good at analyzing the tones and such it was his job. He watched as she checked no and his smile widened.
Well, that is one way to put it I supposse he said with a small laugh. He could imagine that would be awkward. He wouldn't know that. "Akward well I don't have one to top that I mean gym room high school awkwar...?" he tried though it had to maybe be more awkward for her then him?
"No I use to do that too I just didn't want to totally copy you're statement." he said with a shrug as he looked up at her. The cone truely is the best part. The ice cream was too much stometimes it was always dripping and making the cone saugy. No he would by the contes and eat them from time to time.
"Well, I'm not hungry at the moment, but maybe we could go get one sometime?" he asked bein cassual about it they still needed to talk, but there was no harm in asking right? He just rally want to see where things went.

"That would always be awkward," Zilya told him, she was hardly ever in school to begin with, at least not in these last few years but that sort of thing was always going to be awkward, even if she did manage to avoid it a lot.
"You did?" Zilya asked with a smile. It was something else they would have in common then. "At least I'm not the only one," she said and it was nice to know someone else did the same thing too.
Zilya smiled when he mentioned possibly getting an ice cream together. "That sounds nice," she said, agreeing to it. She was definitely do that. Zilya wouldn't mind seeing him again, and they did have quite a bit to talk about anyway.

"Well, for a geek it was...swirlies were great" he said with a small laugh. He hated having his head stuck in the toliet. Yes, they actually did that at his high school. He always thought it was a hype but not for him. That was his high school reality or getting pushed in the showers with his clothes on.
"Yeah, they're awesome...my-" he stopped himself and bit his lip. He was going to say his kid was going to be trained to be the same, but he didn't know how she'd take it. "Can I tell you something?" he asked figuring he might as well tell her if it was going to change something then it would.
Great" he said wanting to say it was a date, but well she'd figure it for what it was worht and Bryson would go along with it. He bit his lip. "Soo when you come her what do you normally do?" he asked curious.

"What's that?" Zilya asked. She had never heard the term before and it sounded kind of weird to here. She usually relied on google to translate things for her but even then it was never all that accurate so simply asking him would be a much better option. It was that or pretend she understood and move on to the next topic.
He started to speak again but stopped mid-sentence and Zilya just blinked, wondering where it was he was going with that, then he asked if he could tell her something. Of course she would have no objections to that. They were talking, having a conversation and getting to know each other, he could tell her just about anything and she would gladly hear him out.
"Sure, of course," she told, bright blue eyes staring in his direction, anticipation clearly seen in them. She wanted to know what it was he was going to say and of course Zilya wouldn't dream of judging him for it. Besides, what could he possibly say that might change her mind about him?
Zilya thought about his question. What did she do? "I sit on the beach, walk around. Usually I come with friends so we just talk. Sometimes I'll go in the water but not usually and always if there is enough people, there's always at least one guy that will try to talk to me and I usually have to tell him politely to go away," she said with a smirk. Every time she was out on the beach and especially at the club and even just on the streets, it wasn't uncommon for some random guy to try and talk to her. [[true story, even i get attention randomly on buses and trains and on the streets so I'm guess she sure as hell will lol XD]]

Bryson bit his lip ans a grin went across his face. She had never heard of a swirly? Of course, she hadn't! She was from Russia. "Well its where a bunch of jerks hold a kid up by his legs dunk his head in the toliet and flush it so your head kind of swirls around while they flush it..." he said with a sign. "Worst feeling ever he admitte. It was pry cruel to her, but it was his high school reality.
Preston, Bryson did not know how to tell this girl he had a kid. He had just told her that he liked her and they cleared that up and they had no clue what they were going to do, but it was better to be clean and out in the opwn right? She would tell him her secret if this was her position.
"I'm divorced and I have a daughter." he said just blurting it out and he bit his lip waiting for the well, thats nice and the slip or something where she ditched him. Hey he would understand that was some baggage. Though if she didn't leave he would have to explain.
Please, don't as me to politely leave I don't know if I would." he said with a smile looing at her. If she did he would pry leave, but he just well he knew she wouldn't that was the thing that was why he had said it. He didn't really know what to do on the beach he didn't go often and when he did well he would usually be running or taking a walk.

Zilya's jaw dropped open and she looked absolutely shocked and appauled at what the man was describing. It was absolutely horrible. "People actually do that?" she asked. It was like something out of a movie, she didn't think that kids could actually be that cruel.. It was horrible!
"That's so mean. I can't believe they would do that," she said, those horrible people! How could they do that to Bryson? He was such a nice guy! Of course, Zilya couldn't exactly do much since it was all in the past and it wasn't as though anyone would actually do that to the guy now.
Zilya just watched and waited for this piece of news. He had said it all, just like that and Zilya took a second for the words to register. "Oh," she said, he was divorced and he had a daughter.. Well, it was muuch better than if he had said he was still married so that was a plus.
"How old is she?" she asked with a smile, having accepted this new piece of information. Kids were nice. Zilya didn't expect any in her future for obvious reasons but if he had one than that was great. She see anything wrong with that at all.
"I wouldn't ask you to leave," Zilya said before a devious smirk appeared on her lips and she spoke again, "You're my guy repellant. Just being around you means they won't come near me," she told him jokingly but then it was true. She was with a guy already or other guys were much less likely to approach her now.

Bryson saw her reaction and couldn't help but shrug a little bit. "Yeah people actually do that." he said knoing it had been in movies and stuff but no one had seen it really up close or experienced it unless they were nerds.
It is mean, but it is a part of high school I guess. he said and kind of smiled at how concerened she sounded about the whole matter. I'm safe now because people won't turn me upside down and flush my beautiful head of hair now." he said with a bit of a chuckle. That would be a sight and a half.
The small reacion he cout from her was kind of expecting it but he couldn't tell what was really in her head. The oh seemed kind of just like a hasty I don't know what to really say reaction so he was sure there was more to come. Maybe worse maybe better he just kind of waited and anticipated what it might be.
Aimee is a couple months she lives with her mother back in California, because she is so young and seperating the two of them would be bad." he said with a nod. "I see her from time to time and well here is a picture of her. he said reacing for his wallet. He took out the picture and handed it to her.
Bryson, smiled when she said that he wouldn't be asked to leave, but when she said it was cause he was the magnet or the gaurd whatever however she put it he smirked. "They don't stand a chance." he said jokingly flexing his arm a bit. Yeah, he could be playful, because he was still young as well.

Zilya actually looked concerned but then that was how she was. Knowing someone was getting hurt and really didn't deserve it, well, how could she not feel bad about it? Especially since Bryson was so nice. She was sure he had to have been this nice and sweet back then too so really he couldn't think of a single reason why he should have had those experiences at all!
She laughed a little at what he said. "I had some problems too when I was younger but nothing bad like that," she explained. For her it was either kids didn't understand and stayed away like she had a disease or they were curious and had a million questions that she couldn't answer. There wasn't really any bullying just a lot of staring and whispering which really wasn't as bad as what Bryson had been through.
Zilya just listened as he explained. So Aimee was his daughter and she was just a baby. Well, babies were cute so it wasn't such a bad thing. Zilya liked kids, she got along pretty well with them and he was right, she was so young and separating her from her mother wouldn't be good.
Zilya leaned over to look at the picture and her reaction was the same as any girl's would be. "Aww, she's beautiful," she said. Well she was. She was a tiny little baby, only a few months old and she definitely was a beautiful baby and at least Zilya was smiling so it wasn't as though she was taking it badly now that she was over the initial shock.
Zilya laughed a little at his reaction. He was definitely nice to be around. He was smart and funny and handsome. He had just about everything she could want in a guy and having a daughter wasn't so bad either considering Zilya liked kids but wouldn't be able to ever have any herself.
She put a hand on his arm when he flexed it. "Mm, I don't know, maybe you need to work out a bit more," she joked, the smirk making it obvious that she wasn't serious.

Cruelty was something that the world had presented to everyone and everything at one point at another. Sure, it was more fustrating when it happened o you or people you cared about, but the way Bryson thought on it was that it really did him a lot of good. He ended up studying the human mind and what triggered all these issues and such. He was better for what the passed had done to him that much was for sure.
"Oh you think thats funny?" he asked her biting his lip and raising a brow at her. He ran a hand through his hair "Tell, me my hair isn't sexy..." he said and he wished it back and forth like he was one of those baywatch babes or something and than he himself laughed as well. Outside of work he was intelligent, but he could be quite the dork.
"She's really is...she gets that from her mother really I mean Im not beautiful I could be handsome if I tried, but eh." he joked and smiled at her reaction. "So it doesnt' creep you out that I have a kid?" he asked just to be sure, because they both laid some pretty heavy info out earlier that they liked eachother and what not and he just didn't want it to be a problem, because its not something he could fix or that he would change for he world. Though he really did take to Zilya.
"I was being serious and here you go and shoot me down with a laugh." he pouted jokingly looking over at the girl. He put his head down a little bit and gave those childish eyes when they looked at someone for a period of time to kind of just see what happened and if they would get a reaction out of them. He truely was a dork.
When she put a hand on his arm he couldn't help but smirk a little bit when she said he may need to work out a bit more. He couldn't argue with that. He was thin, but he did have some muscle there she couldn't argue that. It wasn't like a body builders or anythig, but it was there. "I'll keep that in mind." he said with a smirk. He could tell she wasn't serious, but he couldn't help himself.

Zilya bit her lip to stifle the grin. "Your hair is nice," she siad with a smile, though not so convincingly. She had never been a very good liar. "At least it's your real colour," she said, that could probably salvage her lame attempt at not insulting his hair but then she unconsciously ran a hand through her own locks. No, she wasn't a natural blonde but it was professionally done so Zilya did get away with most people not noticing and she didn't even have any regrowth coming through yet so it definitely looked good and it did suit her.
Zilya just smiled. She knew it was a joke but Bryson was in fact good looking, whether he knew this fully or not. She was aware of it at least. "Why would it?" she asked. So he had a kid. It wasn't such a strange thing. In fact, having kids was very normal and it wasn't as though he had just admitted to beign a serial killer or something.
"I like kids," she added, looking over at the waves as they crashed on the shore in a gentle rythem. She just wanted him to she was okay with it but then with Zilya she tended to say more than she needed to and not realize it till it was too late. "And it's not as though I'll ever have any so if you do then it's a good thing so I definitely won't have a problem with it," she told him, just talking and saying what was on her mind. Even forgetting for a moment that she was in the presence of a psychiatrist who might analyze it a little more than the average person.
Zilya just smiled when he pouted. "It's okay because I know you won't take it personally," she told him. She didn't mean it and he knew that. Zilya was also aware of the fact that he probably already knew she was attracted to him so it wasn't as though he would over-think it or anything.
"Maybe we can work out together. I need to do more cardio anyway," she added, this time beign a bit more serious. Body image was probably something she needed to work on but then with the mind of a teenage girl, this was probably one of the more normal things in Zilya's life.

"Thanks." he said with a laugh. Then he notived that she didn't seem convinced. "Heyy whats all that suppose to mean?" he asked raising a brow. She was pry just playing, but he wanted to know what she meant by that. Was his hair not nice? I think your hair looks nice." he sad with a smile. He was being honest, but maybe he wasn't the best with compliments.
Bryson shrugged at her questions. "I don't know maybe cause I'd like to take you out sometime and I don't want you worrying about..what do you kids call it.." he paused for a second and smirked. ...baby mama drama thats it...yeah no worries no baby mama drama. he said attempting to be hip.
"Well, Im sure they love you too you're really nice." he said smiling at he. He was glad she was okay with it and watched the waves roll in and he hadnt felt at his much ease sense he had arrived here. "You'll have to meet little Aimee when she visits." he said with a smile. He knew both girls would love one another though she was small and didn't know much of this world yet Zilya was someone she had to meet.
Bryson laughed a little bit when she said it was okay because she wouldn't take it personally. She was totally right with that one, because it really didn't hurt that much he was who he was and he had accepted that High school, college and his job had brought him to be the person he was today. good point he agreed.
"Well we can't at the school, but maybe when you can come off during the weekends we can go jogging or something and I mean if you really want I don't think you need it, but it could be fun." he said watching her reaction to that she as just being honest.

"Nothing, I like it," she said, when he asked again. He looked good in her opinion, but kind of serious, not that this was a bad thing. Zilya did like that look after all and Bryson did wear it well.
"Thank you," she said with a smile when he complimented her hair. She liked to look good and it was important to pay attention to all aspects of her image. Zilya was just a little more self-conscious about that than most people but then she had obvious reasons to be.
Zilya just laughed at his explaination. 'Baby mama drama' sounded funny but she knew what he meant and it was good that he would tell her and check with her and it helped that he had said something about wanting to date her, ZIlya would definitely have no problem with that.
"You're really nice too," she told him with a smile when he said that. There were a lot of compliments going around today but Zilya wasn't going to complain.
"That would be nice," Zilya said. She could wait to meet Aimee, the baby was beautiful and she did like kids so that would be great, she had no doubts about it.
"Yeah, we can do that," she said with a smile. That would be nice, Zilya wouldn't mind it at all, even if it would just have to be after school because this was how it was and they couldn't exactly change their circumstances.
"Oh, my uncle called my yesterday," she told him, figuring she'd tell him the news, even though he was her psychiatrist and would probably find out sooner or later anyway. She just wanted to tell him as a friend because thats what they were for now, at least until they go out on a date or something and it gets serious.
"He says because there is still ten months before my birthday and that's a long time, he wants to get custody of me from my father because he doesn't want me be here so my uncle thinks maybe he will agree if he comes here and talks to him," she told him.
Her Uncle Mikhail had always been protective of her and he knew how things were with her dad and he hated the man so it probably wouldn't be a good idea. "I told him to wait. I don't know if it will be a good idea," she told him, she just needed someone to talk to about it and Bryson didn't seem to mind listening. "Because he is very angry and he doesn't like my father and I think maybe it will be very bad if he comes here because I think maybe he will threaten him or something," she explain. She had some pretty genuine fears. Mikhail used to be a boxer and won medals for it. He had fights against people from other countries so he was really good and that coupled with the anger and hatred of Yuri (her father), it probably wouldn't end well. She knew Mikhail had self-control but her hatred could be horribly cruel and Mikhail definitely wouldn't stand for it.
