dislikes: a few of the things he did in his past, the accident breaking up the band, being misunderstood, confined spaces, senseless extravagance, showing off
strengths: self-control (took a long time to work on it), friendly, willing to change and adapt, understanding, good communication skills, great musician
weaknesses: a bit of a commitmentphobe, can't handle feeling trapped or pinned down, still prone to getting angry but has it pretty under control
secrets: he used to run away a lot and can't stand being in one place for too long, he still feels this way for the most part.
worst memory: the first time he was put in Hawthorne, he hated his family for it and even got a nice stay in iso not long after he got there and then move iso over time.. Hawthorne in general wasn't that great but that's why he's here now, he figured he could help some of the kids cause he knows what it's like.
best memory: The band's first gig, he was nervous but it was great. They played their songs and the crowd loved it and it went well.
desires: he doesn't like feeling tied down in a relationship but that's sort of what he wants. he wants to find a woman to settle down with maybe have kids, but he doesn't know if he can do that without wanting to leave.

history: He started life as a troubled teen, joining Hawthorne as a student with impulse control issues. He was an angry kid, he got into trouble, he drugs, drank excessively and parties as often as possible.
He was the sort of kid that would encourage bad behavior. He once ruled the school and Hawthorne didn't help change him at all. It wasn't until he left and got more involved with his music at anything even remotely began to improve for him.
He met up with a few college students who wanted to start a band and things went from there. He figured out what he wanted to do and at 20, he studied music. It was incredibly difficult because he had missed out on all the theory parts of it but he kept at it and at 24 he graduated, started teaching music for a little while and continuing to play with his band.
They had an EP out and were doing well. They were going places but then one night driving back from a gig on an icy road their van crashed. Two of the four members were badly injured. The drummer had a cast on his leg among other things and suffered from depression. He refused to play again. Their lead guitarist suffered internal bleeding and died not long after. The two remaining members, him and the bassist, decided to part ways and leave it be. They didn't see the point of just starting over with new members so he took his songs and went his own way while the bassist ended up becoming an accountant and moving on as well.
It was a big set back but he moved on. He plays his music every now and then but he figured out that he enjoyed teaching even more and kids at Hawthorne seemed to need more guidance than most so having that connection, he figured he'd come back and teach for a while and figure out what he wants to do next.
