Dakota Bryant was born into a middle-class family. For the most part, he'd had a good life. He was the popular one in school, had the coolest friend, he was the star athlete, and made good grades. When his parents started fighting is when it all started to go downhill. Day and night, they would be yelling and screaming. To get away from it, Dakota would sneak out of the house and go over to his girlfriends house. He never told her why he would leave, but she never asked. One night, she got the nerve up to ask what was going on at home and he went off. He threw her things in her bedroom everywhere and pushed her up against the wall, telling her to mind her own business or things would get ugly.

He never seen her after that night.

Finally, his parents decided to get a divorce and his mother moved out. His dad became a drunk and never gave two shits about where his son was going. He started going out to parties, getting drunk, and having sex with random girls. One night, both he and his friends went to a strip club. He never forgot his first time at the strip club, or the face of his first stripper. But, when he came back, she was gone. He got another girlfriend, but he really didn't care for her. He was only in it for the sex. They would fight alot, but he tried not to get mad. One day, she pushed him to the edge. He pushed her against the wall and slapped her. He punched the wall and she ran away. This happened at school. The school was worried about him and sent him to Hawthorne.
