Most of it is common knowledge, but consider this a refresher. At the very worst, at least skim them after all there might be a code word.[/color][/center][/size]before you register !
001. when you register here at sincerely yours, you can register with any username you'd like; as long as you change your display to a first, middle and last name all in lower case letters like so: alyxandria lynn ramone simple right?
002. the maximum amount of characters you are allowed to have is five. quality is better than quantity. (:
003. there is no word count here on sincerely yours. all we ask is that you try to match the length of the person you are posting with. again, quality over quantity here.
004. do not post anywhere before you are accepted. either eliza or krista are on everyday throughout the day and we will accept you within the day or two.
005. please don't join and then be a debbie downer and ditch. that's just not cool and we would be sad. if you plan on joining, then stay active! there's rp requests and character requests so there's no real excuse for not being active and ditching.[/blockquote]

[/color][/center][/size]006. in your posts, please use either first or third person, spelling and correct grammar. no talking lyk tis. it's lame and in posts it's just not done. common sense.
007. respect your fellow members and also the staff of sincerely yours. if you have a problem with another member, please resort to pms or pm a staff member. we don't need any fights in the cbox or anywhere on the site.
008. activity. we understand that you have lives outside of roleplay which is awesome; but we wish you to be fairly active, (make a post 2-3 days a week.) just logging on doesn't really count as active so please keep up with your posts. (:
009. i think this is known for every site, but no god modding and no gary and mary sues. it's just boring to have a perfect character. also not everyone has a tragic storyline where their parents died in a car crash and now they hate the world. just don't lean too much towards either side of the spectrum k? (:

[/color][/center][/size]010. lastly for graphics, you should have at least a banner and icon for your character. icons no greater than 100 x 100 and banners 400 x 500 or else it will stretch the page. we will ask you to resize it if it does stretch it too much. can't make graphics? ask the admins or if another member opens a shop they will gladly make a banner and icon for you! just ask![/color][/center][/size]
011. if you're going to be gone for a while, please post into the absence board. we would really appreciate it!
012. please don't fight or spam in the cbox. it's completely out of character so don't bring your in character drama into your real life or the cbox. as stated above if you have a problem contact us or the member through pms.
013. in the ICC please put that your character gets online and offline, that way no random conversations get bursted into and we know who is in there at certain times. We may get another CBOX that lets you know who is actually on at the time, but that would depend on user input.
014. No files are able to be read by students unless they can hack the system. Certain blocks are put into place that enforces it.
