Summer just listened to him as he admited that he had scars on his arms. She didn't want to judge, but she guessed that was why he was in here or something to that extent. "Well, you seem strong despite that." she said reaching over and patting his shoulder lightly.
The reason that he was here was his step dad and well she wasn't happy he tried to cut himself and hurt himself that bad, but she wouldn't have had the chance to meet him. He was a good friend. Well, thus far even though they just started talking just that day.
"Well, I didn't say it was going to be easy." she teased and smirked at him. A girl could only ask though its funny.
"You have to try out you don't sign up." she said with a laugh. He dissapeared into the place in the dark obviously and soon enough she was gone to exploring in order to try and find Clyde.

"Strong?," Clyde repeated, deciding to go with the literal definition only because it'd be easier, "Nah, I can't grip with this hand," he told her, lifting up his left hand, staring at her with a blank look like he didn't get it. Yeah, there was no real strength there in that point.
It was strange though. Clyde was always a happy kid. He was always hyper and crazy and out to just have fun. It was why everyone was shocked when they heard about it. No one who knew him even saw it coming, and then of course was the counselors and Clyde didn't like talking about problems, even right after it because obvious that something wasn't right. He just didn't like bringing a conversation down, even if it was suppose to help him.
The layout of the place was pretty good and Clyde wen up looking for high ground as well as something to hide behind. Moving up one of the structures, he stayed low, looking for signs of life. Crawling across it, he stopped when he caught sight of a familiar necklace. Aiming his weapon, he fired his shot with a grin, unfortunately leaving himself open to getting shot at.

Summer looked at his left hand when he said that and bit her lip. Then the girl looked back up at him and shook her head. "I meant strong in the sense, that you're dealing with everything rather well." she corrected himand a smile crept back on her face.
The place was pretty trippy and she heard music as she went along she couldn't help, but somewhat move everyonce in awhile. She didn't care how she looked at the moment it was just in her vains. Though she would catch herself and creap around a corner in hopes that she would get him first, but she felt kind of stumped when she couldn't find him. This sucked. She needed to win, because she had ran her mouth.
Suddenly she was informed she was hit. They had belts to tell them how many lives they had left. One of hers went bye bye. Then she saw the glow in the dark necklace shot him back and ducked quickly behind the corner. "One for one." she said stating the obvious to herself.

"Oh yeah well," Clyde began, faking like he totally knew what was going on there and what she was talking about. "That's life I guess, no point in getting all down about it," he told her. Negativity was pointless he knew that and he was fine, really, he made sure everyone knew he was completely and totally fine. Sometimes Clyde would wonder if he was over-doing it but this was who he was, he couldn't really change that too much. He was just a happy, upbeat, hyper, positive person.. Except for the few occasions when he would get utterly and helplessly depressed and suicidal.
Clyde knew he would probably get caught but he didn't mind it so much. He had climbed a little high up and was on his knees when he shot her but wasn't all that surprised when one of his own lives got taken. Of course, he couldn't help the dramatic death that followed either.
"Ahh ya got me," he said, clutching his heart and falling over on the floor, having a fit before his head finally rolled to the side with his tongue sticking out. It was a little more than melodramatic but for Clyde this was all just fun. It didn't even matter if she saw or not cause he had his weapon pointing in the right direction, ready to take advantage should she decide to step out from behind that corner.

For some reason she got the feeling he was a bit lost and this convo was bringing him down and well the drug if you got down it pry wouldn't be pretty. "Good point." she said nodding her head to agree with him because it was a rather valid point in the aspect of life. A smile shot to her face just to lighten the mood. "Clyde do you dance?" she asked randomly mainly to switch topics, but then again she was kind of hyper so it was a good question to her to say the least.
Summer was kind of celebrating her victory around the corner when she kind of heard the dramatic thud or his hand hit the ground or something. She couldn't help but laugh around the corner and he pry heard her, but he pry knew she was still there anyways.
"Yeah I did! she called out and shook her head. She knew this game all to well usually she was being the dramatic one. She looked around and tried to figure out if there was someone to sneak up on him and stand over him and get him. Surely, he would get her, but it would be more comical. So she disappeared on a mission to find .a way. In attempts to be sneaky.

Clyde just smiled when she did, totally forgetting the bad stuff. It could have got him stuck there but usually Clyde liked to try and change the subject before that happened. Summer only seemed to help him with that which was nice. It was better to be up than down anyway and Summer was an easy person to have fun with and stay up instead of going straight down.
"Yyyeah," he said. "I happen to be an amazing dancer," he told her, exaggerating just a little.. or a lot. Clyde was crazy, he didn't exactly do the waltz or something. he just danced like any other crazy, hyper teenager but he was happy when he did that so it was all good.
Clyde just grinned when he heard her laughing. He kept his eyes open but she didn't come back around the corner, instead she just spoke and he laughed a little too.
"Aww you didn't fall for it!," Clyde said, sounding disappointed as he got up from his spot on the floor, only to swing off the rails back down to the ground and sneak up to the corner she went to. She was gone by then, but Clyde made an effort to stay behind her as much as he could. If only he knew which way she went.

Summer was really kind of surprised by her own attitude today, because usually she would have thought of him to be disgusting to come into the bathroom, but then again he had been blinded. Plus, he wasn't a complete ass, but if she hadn't popped earlier already she could have seen things going completely different, but she was glad that they hadn't because she was having an awesome time.
Summer grinned when he said that. Something about it sounds sort of childish well his tone did, but it was cute. "Sa-weet...we should go dancing or something some time and you can show me your skills." she said with a shrug. "If you're up to it."
Summer kind of felt lost! She didn't really know where she was. It wasn't a huge place, but the turn and the turn. "I think i should have gone left." she said and paused. No one else was in here. "Clyyyde" she pouted. Sure, she sounded like a baby and was sure to get shot, but she was lost. It was rather amusing though.

"Yeaah of course!," Clyde said, excited about the prospect of going out at all. Out was always fun, and dancing was funner.. Or something to that effect. Either way, he was already convinced that being around her led to joy and funness and thus he could safely conclude that more time around her would include more of the same, plus it included actually being out of Hawthorne which was always a good thing.
Clyde had a good sense of direction. You could put him in a city full of one way streets and he'd some how manage to go backwards if he had to. He knew directions well enough or remembered them at least if he were paying half as much attention to it.
In this case, he was subconsciously mapping out the place as he usually did. With Q-Zar back home, he knew the whole room like the back of his hand, using it to his advantage and this time was no different, just in case he ever came back here for round 2, he would want to know all the good spots to hide in and shoot from.
Hearing her voice he grinned and tried to make his way to her. coming up behind her, he knew he would have a good shot but Clyde didn't take it. Instead he lunged forward. Wrapping his arms around her, he whispered in her ear, "I got ya. What are ya gonna do now?," he said. This wasn't really how the game was played but it was still fun and at least it saved her getting shot at again.

"Sa-weet! she said using her classic word. Hawthrone, could be a very fun place, but she liked to explore the town better and now she was making Clyde her partner in crime, but she was sure he didn't mind or else he would have declined the offer. "I'm sure you'll teach me a move or so." she said with a smirk. She didn't mean it in a bad way she was an alright dancer, but she kind of didn't know many styles.
It was kind of funny how she bragged about being a champion and here the girl was lost in the midst of these dark walls. It was rather amusing to her and comical. She felt like a little girl at a carnival although she was still having fun!
In this case though she wasn't really hidden she ws out in the open just kind of got twisted up and lost going the wrong way. She figured that he was going to be like her own little superhero.
Suddenly she heard someone coming or so she thought, but she was looking the wrong way. "This is so confusing. she whispered under her breath and she felt someone's arms wrap around her she kind of smirked and bit her lip. "I don't know am I in the position to negotiate?" she asked him wondering what leverage she had.

"Well, I'll try," he told her with a smirk. Dancing was fun but Clyde didn't really have any good moves. He just did whatever it was he felt like doing at the time and usually it turned out alright.
When Clyde got to her and grabbed her, it was all just for fun but after a moment, he didn't really want to let go of her. It was a fun game and all but Clyde wasn't about to take it too seriously and he definitely wasn't putting in his best effort either.
"I'd probably be willing to hear you out," he told her with a grin. Being this close he realized something else too. She smelled good, whatever that perfume was she was wearing distracted him for a moment.

"Thats all we really ever can do." she said and bit her lip. Dancing was suppose to be fun thing and when Summer danced she really did feel alive. She just kind of forgot about everything out there and left herself go. It was more of a hobby for her because it was so fun and thrilling.
Summer wasn't really doing too good to prove that she was actually good at this whole game! It was her idea! His arms didn't move though and though she didn't really have moments like these often. It was kind of cute.
When he said he would hear her out she kind of smiled. "Well, I mean if you let me go I'lll.." she had nothing she was horrible and negotiating for life at the moment wasn't she? Um um i'm really bad at this.." she said biting her lip. She knew a bit better though she could tell he kind of liked holding her.

Clyde loved video games as much as the next guy. Anything that was to do with strategy was right up his alley. Anything tactical, he could handle so this game was a lot of fun for him for those reasons as well. If he had to win then he'd come up with crazy plans to do it but usually it was all just about having fun and Clyde was definitely having fun right now.
He had even gained himself a prisoner which wasn't exactly how you played laser tag but after an afternoon of things that weren't exactly how they were suppose to be, it was all good.
"Good because I have no intention of letting you go," he whispered in her ear before picking her up, which was just the slightest bit awkward thanks to all the stuff they were wearing for the game, and placed her down on one of the slopes going up.
"So now that you're my prisoner, here's how it's gonna work," he began, thinking about it as he spoke and still not really sure where it was going. "You get two choices. One, you get locked up in a tower till your hair gets really, really long or you can give me a kiss and it'll distract me long enough for you to escape," he told her with a smile.

Summer could challenge herself to do stuff she didn't normally do. She wasn't a champion like she had made herself to be. She hadn't played this all that much but when she had she was like in the top competitors, becuase she was limber and quick even though she was tall. This was a super fun mission though!
She pretty much had to surrender to him at the moment. He had caught her fair and square and she couldn't even come up with a solid arguement to get herself out of imprisonment.
For some reason when he said that she couldn't help but laugh. His coive kind of tickeled against her ear even though it was a trun on still she didn't want to let it on though, because they were having fun and well she could tough it out she had thus far. "Whoaaa/ she said when he picked her up and took her over to the slopes.
Summer smirked a little bit when he took charge of the situation. "Mhmm" she said to the first part and then just listened to her choices and kind of smirked. "Well, thats kind of a trick cause my hair isn't going to grow.." she said looking down at him. ...you want to kiss me?" she asked raising her eyebrow not that he could see but it was an honest quesiton.

Clyde thought he was being pretty smart about it. He had a good plan and he was working through it. Nothing could go wrong. There was no tower to lock her up in and it had been done before anyway so obviously a smart girl like her would go with the more reasonable option, or at least more reasonable to him.
However, things didn't quite go according to plan. She had actually asked him a question and he had to thing about it for a second. What was he suppose to say? Obviously the answer was yes and he didn't want to just say yes. Course the ecstasy didn't help either.
Picking up the glow stick, he suck it in his mouth, for a second before taking it out. It was just a way to distract himself. "Yeah okay, maybe I do," he finally admitted.

Summer let the silence set in as he thought about his whole scheme. The girl was kind of anxious for an answer, but that was just because of the extacy. She calmed herself by fiddling with a beaded bracelet she was wearing. Though she knew the more reseaonable thing was to kiss him and not ask questions, but she wanted to hear a response first.
The whole thing should have been a lot more obvious to her. He wanted pancakes went a long with doing drugs with her. She just didn't really come to notice when guys liked her, because usuallly her and other individuals just were into stuff for one thing. She could easily get him right now, but she was more intrigued with the response.
The glow stick went in his mouth and then came out. That is when he finally just came out and said it. Summer kind of moved until she was right in front of him. She smirked a little bit at him holding the gun up to his chest. "Then.." she said and leaned her forehead against his. "Make your move." she said because she had to do stuff with a sense of style.
