'cool beans', 'let's jam'? Those weren't words he had been expecting to hear but then Clyde said a lot of weird stuff too when the right chance presented itself. Still, he was in a lot quieter mood than usual. He wasn't used to being quieter but he just didn't have a whole lot to say.
Clyde just raised an eye brow, when she asked him not to be weirded out.. Another disclaimer.. Just how weird was this going to be. He thought he had a good idea about what she might be about to go and do but to be warned like that, well, that was just an excuse to go off on tangents.
He listened to her words and just gave her a blank stare. "That's.. sounds weird," he said, staring at her. "Didn't make much sense but I think I get what you're saying," he said. She was being extra secretive so it had to be illegal or something.
"Right well, lead the way lady," he said, gesturing down in the direction they seemed to be going in.

Now, she felt like he thought she was weird, just because maybe the vibes she was giving off and getting. She bit her lip and began to think too much like girls normally did, about what people thought of them fug it. it was merely a thought, because she didn't really feel like she was in a place to curse too much, she didn't want to seem like too much of a potty mouth.
When she looked at his expression she stepped back and kind of just left it at that. His mind was wondering. For some reason she couldn't just come out and say things at Hawthrone, because she also had this sense of parania. She let out a deap breathe as she relaxed. Obviously, she had freaked him out a little bit.
"Its not as weird as I'm making it." she said with a laugh. "I guess Im just kind of paranoid.." she offered and nodded when he said she didn't make sense. "In a nut shell it'll just make sense when we get there" she clarrified.
Then she spun around and started walking to where the shuttle or whatever they wished to call them were. "So you said you were new...how long have you been here?" she asked curiously.

"Uh huh, sure it's not," he said, but he was smiling. He didn't mind the weirdness, in fact it was funny and hell, it made things interesting, didn't it? It wasn't like he hadn't done anything he wanted to keep a secret so why judge her for it.
"I guess its understandable," her told her. If it was something she needed to keep secret, then yeah, why not be paranoid about it. It was after all, the normal thing to do in a situation like that. But then, maybe she was always paranoid, maybe she was here because she was that kind of crazy... Naaah, she didn't seem like the type.
"Alright," he said, with a nod. He was more than happy to go along with it. It wasn't as though Clyde had much else to do today anyway. "Not long," he told her, "A few day," he said. It had been the best few days he had had in a long while and Clyde wouldn't trade it for the world. A lot of the people had their own set of craziness but he was getting along just fine with just about everyone he met.
"It's been great though," he told her. "Bit of a change, but it's alright," he said, with his hands in his pockets as he walked beside her.

"Alright, its totally...off are you sure you want to come last chance to back down?" she joked as she saw his smile. She just needed to relax and shut up even though she didn't talk that much to begin with.
"I'm not..well I mean I guess everyone at Hawthrone can be considered slightly crazy."/b] she said word vomit coming up as she thought about it. "No offense." she said shaking her head slightly. "I'm just like not here, becaus I'm in a crazy state more of an addictive state.." she explained. Not that she owed him an explination, but she just came out and said it.
"It sucks huh?" she asked rather bluntly, but her personal opinion of this place sucked, because she was just thrown here and well her parents didn't even bother to call her they kind of just didn't want to accept responsibility even though they had the same problem. "Well, after that blunt statement. Welcome." she said trying to end that with a positive.
Then she heard what he had to say. "Change can be good..I mean I'm just a little bitter sorry." she said and she boarded the shuttle thing and scooted into the window. Saving plenty room for him to sit next to her.

"I'm goin" he told her with a grin. He was cool with most things so this wasn't much of a stretch from what he'd usually end up doing anyway. "I'm not about to miss out on something that could potentially be a pretty cool life experience to have," he told her, giving her a short speech as to why it was he had to come, despite all the warnings and potential for consequences. Besides, she seemed like a nice girl what sort of crazy shenanigans could she really get up to? It wasn't like she could potentially get him arrested or something.
"Nah I know I'm a complete nutter, absolutely off the bloody rails," he said with a nod and a smirk. He was kidding but hell, even he had his crazy moments and the way Clyde saw it, everyone did. If you were perfectly sane and composed all of the time then you just weren't human, you were a freakin' robot.
"Yeah I've figured that out already," he said with a shrug like it was no big deal. "You're gonna go sneak out and go get drugs, no big deal," he told her with another shrug. Where was the problem with that? It wasn't like he hadn't tagged along with a mate to go down to that little house in quiet old neighbourhood to exchange some cash for some pills and a bag of weed for the get high on. It was all good in the world of Clyde.
"Nah, I wanted to be here," he told her with a grin, "Obviously I really am crazy," he told her, who'd want to willingly be in a place like this? Clyde... And he'd bet he was the only one too. No one he had met yet actually wanted to be here.
Sitting in the seat, he spoke. "Yeah seems a lot of people here kind of hate it," he admitted, smiling back at her. No one wanted to be here and it was perfectly understandable but Clyde was different and he had his reasons.

[blockqute]When he said that it would be a pretty cool life experience to have she just kind of smirked his way. In some ways people that never really experience the rush she got, and the excitement she had like a kid in the candy store when it came time to recieving drugs not even using, but getting them was a completely different thrill if that made sense. "You're funny." she said shakking her head lightly she meant that in a good way. It did kind of make her chuckle.
"Hey well more power to you then." she said as a joke hoping he was joking, but he was kind of a tough cookie to read and she knew no story that came out of this boys mouth would be predictable to her by any means.
"Well, everyone is different." she said with a shrug. "I mean I'm sure if this life is better then home life then people would want to be here, but the thing is with me...well I don't know I was just told to pack one day and now I'm here." she said rolling her eye some. "Sure its okay, but its just like getting tossed to the side you know? I don't know Im ganna quit yappin'"
"Alright, so who else do you know around Hawthrone you seem nice, and the friendly type." she said wondering if they knew any of the same people. It was a possibility, but she hadn't really met too too many people yet so she wasn't really up to code and she had been here longer then he had.[/blockquote]

"Yeah I am," Clyde said as though it were a serious and objective opinion before grinning at her. He liked to have fun and he didn't have to be hilarious 24/7 but he had his moments. Clyde just grinned again. He'd readily admit to his craziness, why? Well his hyper, crazy, optimistic ways definitely lend themselves to that sort of thinking.. There had to be something up with that. He was constantly in a manic state but the doctors hadn't said a word about it yet.. Maybe they didn't see it... Clyde was more chilled out with them anyway.
"That's not right, just kickin' ya out like that," he said. It was just wrong to just do it without a warning. That was just plain cruel or something, it had to be!
"Naahh, it's true though, it's a bit harsh, you have the right to 'yap' all ya want," he said, it was entirely understandable. What they did wasn't right and the girl shouldn't have just been thrown here like that. It wasn't nice at all so if she wanted to talk about it some more than Clyde had no problems with listening.
"Oh I know everyone," he told her. "Haven't really found anyone I don't get along with," he explained. "There's Gaby, Hope, Danni, Ian, Aleksei, Cameron, Leo, etc... And they've all been great," he told her. He was the kind of guy that just knew how to find something in common with most people and do alright.

the fact that the boy was openly honest about his talent even if he was merely messing with her was really cool. summer found confidence awesome and with a smile still on her face. "well, cool i am glad you are aware of your talents." she said in a matter of a fact opinion type tone although it was rather laid back. for a dude that flat out admitted in all honesty that he was crazy he didn't seem the type that was besides the whole dog thing which could be easily confused with some sort of story that could scare her away, but she knew it wasn't she was smarter then that. it was different.
Summer shrugged a little bit. "You can't chose your family, your just kind of stuck with the choices they make for you I guess." she said speaking in all honesty. You couldn't chose your parents and they had authority of you so one was pretty much stuck in her situation.
"Oh please, do not say that I'm a girl." she joked thinking that that was self-explanatory. She couldn't help but smile slightly wider as the shuttle began to move finally and she looked back and forth between outside and Clyde. She kind of wondered in part why he was being so nice to her. She was completely and utterly random and they met in a restroom, but it was rather soothing.
"Whoa...you get around." she joked giving off a small snicker. "Well, thats cool that you've met so many people aroiund here.." she said with a small nod of her head. She should have known sense he personality seemed rather bubbly to her sense she had met him.

"Yeah, next step, make the rest of the world aware of it too," he explained to her with a grin. One of the good things about Clyde was that he had the self-confidence without the massive ego.
"Aw yeah, true," he told her, thinking about it for a second. "I know all about that," he told her. "My mum thinks she owns me and should make every single decision for me," he explained. His mother was about as controlling as anyone could get and the woman always made everything about her and somehow when anything went wrong, it was always Clyde's fault.
"You're a girl?!" he said with feigned shock. "I'm sorry but you can't be. We met in the bathroom and blokes don't go wandering into chick's bathrooms. It just does not happen," he told her with mock seriousness.
Clyde smirked when she said he got around. "Aw yeah, I do. Can't keep this to myself, can I?" he said gesturing to his body with a playful smirk. "Gotta share it with the world," he told her jokingly.
"Yeah, didn't take long," he told her. "Give me a couple days in a place and I'll know just about everyone," he explained. "What about you? How long have you been here and who do ya usually hang out with?" he asked.

"I wish you the best of luck with that." she said with a smile being completely serious, because she really did believe in the whole you could be whatever you want to be if you put forth effort, so if he wanted to be a comical god she could see that.
"I love how parents turn into their parents, without realizing it." she said rolling her eyes. "I guess, its best that we get away from them then I guess huh they kind of did us a favor by sending us here?!"
She turned around to look to see if anyone else was on the bus and put a finger to her lips. "Don't let the others in on my secret..." she said shaking her head some lightly pretending to be serious. She sat forward crossing her legs and then looked back at him and smirked.
"Im sure you will..." she said with a wink jokingly. Then he asked her who she knew. "Eh I've been here sense freshmen year, but I'm not a real social person...I hang out with this girl Marilyn sometimes, but other then that just people here and there." she said with a shrug. The shuttle stopped and she noticed the car. "This is our stop." she said as she got up.

"Yyeah, not gonna happen with me though. No way am I going to be like my parents.. Maybe my step-dad, cause he's alright but otherwise, nah," he told her. His grandparents were alright, there wasn't really much to say about them in the first place though, but he didn't think his parents were that much like them.. He just never really though about it much.
"Yeah, I don't see much of my dad, and if I have to keep being around my mum, I'd seriously consider a proper plan to end it all because two attempts and my step dad still manages to come in and save the bloody day," he said, not really thinking about what he was telling her. He didn't really have a reason to hide it, except with the long sleeves he wore but Clyde had tried to kill himself twice, he just hadn't thought about the fact that this girl didn't know that yet.
Clyde just laughed a little. It was a secret yeah and he knew to keep his voice down but it was cute how she was getting all worried about it, even if it was only pretend. "It's okay, we'll use code words from now on," he told her, giving her an exaggerated wink before grinning at the girl.
"Marilyn?" he repeated. "I've seen her around, hangs out with Leo? He's a lot of fun to hang out with," he said, at least they had some sort of link there. He looked outside when she said it was their stop,"Alright," he said getting up and off the bus.

"Alright, I'm getting a little personal and you can tell me to shut up if you don't really care, but I'm like my parents minus the whole asshole lets ship Summer off so we don't have to deal with our mistake thing. They're hypocrites in a nut shell, I don't understand how they can show someone a lifestyle and then act like total...whatever just pisses me off is all." she said ranting about why she was here. If it weren't for her parents her normal would be totally different.
Now, she fully understood with the long sleeves and what not. Family, may not be a good topic. Sure, she didn't think he would like run off and cut himself, but the two were trying to have fun. Or she was trying to bring him into a new experience. "Im sorry to hear that.." she said not knowing what else to say she was kind of sympathetic, but not totally because some people didn't like sympathy. She could relate.
In character, she nodded too him. "Sure, thing dude." she said trying to be kind of um macho about it she shook her head at herself and snickered. "Alright, I messed that up." she said wrinkling her nose.
The two exited the bus and she waited for it to turn to the next street before she made her way to the drivers window and handed him some money and he handed her the baggy she glanced at it and then she stuck it in her bag quickly and walked away back to Clyde. She had to do that quick just in case some cops were shady, and this neigbhorhood wasn't know for it, but she could never be to careful. "Alright, now we could either A. I could corrupt you and we can go have fun in the park or B. Go get something to eat, before the bus returns in a couple hours."
She hadn't ignored the whole Marilyn thing she just simply got distracted. "I don't know if she hangs with some dude named Leo to be honest...I don't pay attention..outside today Im kind of known as a bit of a bitch." she said really rather being honest with him. "I guess thats kind of blunt, but people don't leave if you dont get to know them you know and even though everyone has their problems at Hawthrone...I can get a bit crazyy sometimes and the less people involved the better." she said with a shrug. That was her moto.

Clyde was more than happy to listen. He was a friendly sort of guy and getting to know people was all art of the package. He would gladly listen to her for a bit and learn a bit more, perhaps even share his won story, after all, she seemed like a nice person and there could be no wrong in doing that.
"Yeah, well that's parents for ya. They screw up sometimes.. More than we do sometimes," he said. People weren't perfect but you'd at least expect your parents to at least set you a good example. Too bad, some couldn't even manage that and then what are you suppose to do? If that's all you know about how to be? So yeah, sometimes it was easier to blame your parents and sometimes it even made sense.
"Nah, don't be. I mean, I'm not the type to feel sorry for myself and I don't do that whole shallow cuts cause it makes feel better crap. It was just twice that I really wanted it all to end and I mean I really go all out but my step-dad was always checking up on me.. So yeah, he found me both times," he told her with a shrug and a light smile. He didn't want pity or sympathy.
Clyde wouldn't get depressed and make shallow cuts across his wrists to feel better or to get sympathy. He did it just once down his forearm a few times and deep enough actually do damage and lose his ability to grip things. He had intended to actually die that day but then it just wasn't to be.
Still, even after it, he didn't feel bad about it or feel sorry for himself since he couldn't play his guitar any more. He just shrugged it off, sold the thing he loved and looked at other options. That was just the way he was. Clyde grinned at her macho act. Cute, actually really bloody cute and it just made him smile.. But then Clyde did that a lot anyway. Still, she was fun to be around.
"Corrupt away lady," he said with a grin. He was all up for having a bit of fun. Hell, his only escape from his mother was to hang out with his friends and sometimes have a few drinks or some a bit of weed. He didn't do much to the latter but it wasn't strongly opposed to the idea either.
"You? A bitch? Naaah, no way," he said, in disbelief. This was was awse to hang out with, no way was she a bitch in any way, shape or form. Clyde just couldn't see it. Clyde just stared at her with a blank look as she talked. All this about 'people don't leave if you get to know them' what? "Yeah, didn't get any of that. All I know, if you seem great and we gotta go to the park," he said with a nod. He didn't know what she was getting at, he just didn't see it but it didn't matter, there were much more fun things to do.

"Parents shouldn't allowed to be parents, unless they know they can handle it. I mean I'll never have a kid. I wouldn't be any good at t." she said shaking her head. She agreed with him parents did screw up more then them sometimes. Hawthrone, was proof to show it. They weren't even taking care of the problems just making them worse. It was in her opinion, idiotic.
"Sounds like you hav a pretty cool step-dad I mean if he was checking up on you like that." she said with a smile. That was love right there. At least he kind of had some in his life. She hadn't really ever felt it. Sense she had never seen it she didn't believe it existed for her at least.
"Interesting choice." she said with a smirk and started walking backwards towards whatever street it was that lead to the park she didn't really memorize street names just certain things that would lead her way. She wasn't sure he knew what she meant. The park meant that she was going to try and get him to pop something with her, but she would explain that later.
"Don't doubt my skills." she said with a small laugh. "No I can be I mean just wait until you catch me on an off day no don't your cool..." she said biting her lip and then she shrugged a bit. "Everyone has their moments." She said with a laugh, as he said he didn't understand what she was trying to say. "Oh just walk with me then." she said shaking her head slightly with a smile.

"I think I'd be a good parent... Crazy, hyper, no real sense of responsibility and a known history of caving under pressure," he said, jokingly "Yeah, I'd be the perfect parent," he said with a laugh. He actually didn't mind the idea of having kids but only when he got really old... Like at 30 or something..
"I think you'd be alright though," Clyde admitted truthfully, he didn't think she seemed that bad at all. Sure, she was here and that meant that she had her share of problems but didn't people learn from the past and past mistakes even if it wasn't their own? Wasn't that the whole point of studying history or something? Who knew? Clyde certainly didn't, he could only speculate cause history wasn't one of his best subjects and 'American history'? Nah, definitely not gonna succeed in that department.
"Yeah, he's the normal sane guy in our family," he told her. "I tried to convince mum to send me away to a boarding school or military school, I didn't even care and she wouldn't so he tried to convince her too and finally we got me here cause apparently me being crazy is a good enough reason," he explained. Not many kids wanted to be here but Clyde sure did.
Clyde just laughed along with her as they walked to the park. Yeah, he wouldn't want to catch her on one of those days. She seemed nice and all but you should never underestimate a girl. "Yeah, that's true," he agree. Everyone definitely had their moments.. Clyde wasn't sure he had ever been angry at anyone except his mother, even then he rarely shouted or said anything directly to her because he knew the response he would get. She would be upset and somehow it would all be his fault again.
"That, I can do," he said with a nod as he followed her, wondering what sort of illegal substance she might have and what sort of effect it would have, and then deciding it didn't really matter because it was going to be fun anyway.
